Designated Listener Student Handout

Published

Students in dialogic classrooms report more curiosity about classroom content, better learning outcomes, and a greater ability to understand different or opposing views. At the end of a class or dialogue session, one way to synthesize the discussion is via a designated student listener.

This resource provides a handout with explanation and instructions for those in the role of “designated listener” in dialogues and classroom discussions.
